Day Nine morning - Polonnaruwa
Another day, another UNESCO World Heritage Listed site, this time the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa. A massive archeological site with ruins, carvings, massive statues, guard stones and monuments galore. Stunning. Oh and on the way there we came across three monstrous river monitors.
